14 riders on 13 bikes today, and three talkers. Tony Kay led us on the quiet country roads south of Waiuku, then part way up the Āwhitu peninsula on Kohekohe-Karioitahi Road, finishing up at Karaka General Store for lunch.
One minor incident: a corner-marker stopped well to the side of the road, but found himself in a slight ditch with rather a steep climb to get out. His bike went over and he was able to hold it off the ground but it was too far over for him to pull back to a vertical position. I stopped to help, and the rider ahead of him also noticed, and we all got the bike back on the road smartly.
